Our work focuses, inter alia, on providing guidance in complex transactions, such as residential portfolios, hotel properties, micro-apartments, shopping malls or other office and commercial properties, e.g. in the logistics sector. We perform a real estate due diligence and counsel and negotiate contract drafting for buyers and sellers. We use our experience in banking law to assist with the financing of real estate transactions.

We draft purchase agreements in asset deals and ensure their secure and swift implementation as well as balanced liability provisions. As many of our lawyers are also notaries public, they have an eye for the formal requirements of implementation.

In the context of share deals, we do, of course, also drawn on our corporate law expertise, handle tax structuring options and give guidance to joint ventures.
