Philip Seel represents and defends banks, insurance companies and commercial enterprises, their management and supervisory board members, in particular in the event of state intervention in the form of criminal and administrative offense proceedings or by fiscal authorities, and advises on compliance issues. Philip Seel studied law in Münster and obtained his doctorate degree in 2007. After completing his second state law exam in 2008, he worked in a major US law firm in Munich as well as a public prosecutor, including in the area of state security. Most recently, he worked for the Ministry of Justice of North Rhine-Westphalia. In 2016, Seel was admitted to the bar as a public accountant and in 2020 as a notary as well. Before becoming a partner at Grüter, he was already a partner at law firm Streitbörger.
