Caroline Bronnert-Härle studied law at the University of Bayreuth with additional training in economics. After a year abroad in Birmingham (UK), she passed her first state law exam in 2010 in Bayreuth. She completed her legal clerkship at the District Court of Münster with a station in an international corporate law firm. After her second law exam in 2012, she worked as a research associate at the Institute for Corporate and Capital Market Law with Prof. Dr. Matthias Casper. She earned a Master's Degree in "Business Law & Restructuring" and a Doctorate on a topic in corporate / banking supervision law. She was admitted to the bar in 2015.
