Charlotte Weber counsels national and international companies in the areas of commercial and corporate law. She specializes in advising on restructurings, conversion measures and corporate transactions (M&A) as well as all matters pertaining to general corporate law.
She speaks fluent English.
She is a member of the German Women Lawyers Association (Deutsche Juristinnenbund e.V. [DJB]).
She studied law in Münster and Dublin, Ireland. She completed her legal clerkship after passing her first state law exam in 2016 in Essen, with practical stages with the permanent representation of the Federal Republic of Germany at the United Nations in New York, USA, among others. After passing her second state law exam in 2018, Charlotte Weber was admitted to the bar and joined Grüter. She received her doctorate from the Heinrich Heine University Düsseldorf in corporate law in 2021 while simultaneously working at our law firm.
