Sandra Fischer is a specialist lawyer for commercial and corporate law and provides counsel in all areas of corporate law, especially regarding company formations and restructurings, as well as in the area of commercial contracts. Another of her specialties is providing advice for M&A transactions and matters of company succession. She also represents our clients in shareholder disputes.
She speaks fluent English.
Sandra Fischer studied law in Gießen and Münster. After passing her first state law exam, she received her doctorate from the University of Cologne. She then completed a clerkship in Duisburg. In 2006, she was admitted to the bar and then went to work for the Taylor Wessing law firm in Düsseldorf. Sandra Fischer then joined Grüter in 2012.
