Our main practice areas in insurance contract law include liability insurance, e.g. D&O, pecuniary loss liability and commercial guarantee insurance as well as related liability issues. In the property insurance area, we support policyholders in the assertion of contractual claims for property or content damage and insurers in defending them. Another focus of our work is on legal issues relating to life insurance contracts, e.g. in connection with inheritance or banking law.
