We have extensive experience with contracts regarding the operating activities of large and medium-sized companies, for which we often act as an external legal department.

Sales and supply contracts, commercial agent and distributor contracts, license contracts, franchise agreements, joint venture agreements, general business terms and conditions as well as drafting other types of contractual partnerships and projects are all among our daily tasks. This also includes the adjacent legal areas of telecommunications, data protection and sales antitrust law. We also counsel companies on all legal matters in their early start-up phase. Our activities in the commercial area are primarily international in character.

The Commercial division also includes product liability law. We counsel manufacturers and importers on product liability compliance, product safety law and on enforcing and defending product liability claims, inter alia, claims for damages and claims relating to product recalls.
