In the area of dispute resolution, we represent our national and international clients in proceedings in the fields of banking law, plant engineering, trade and liability, antitrust damages, industrial property rights/IT law, insolvency voidance law, corporate law as well as post-M&A. Where a dispute cannot be resolved out of court, we fight for our clients' rights and interests before the state courts in Germany or before arbitral tribunals in accordance with the rules of procedure of, for example, the International Chamber of Commerce in Paris (ICC), UNCITRAL or the German Institution of Arbitration (DIS) in Bonn. The members of our conflict resolution team are also frequently involved in arbitration activities. In cases with international dimensions, we are able to draw on an established network of law firms in the countries of the European Economic Area, the USA, Canada, the Middle East and Southeast Asia.
