Thomas Talian advises and represents companies in all areas of commercial law, producer liability and intellectual property. He specializes in providing advice on international IT projects. He counsels in matters of digitalization of business processes in connection with the Internet of Things (IoT) and Industry 4.0. His activities also entail judicial and arbitration representation.
He speaks fluent English and French.
He is a member of the German Bar Association (Deutscher Anwaltsverein).
Thomas Talian completed his university studies in Münster. After passing his first state law examination in 2002, he studied at the University of Auckland, New Zealand, where he obtained his Master of Laws (LL.M.). After completing his clerkship in Düsseldorf, he was admitted to the bar in 2006.
