We have special litigation experience with an average of more than 1,500 court hearings per year in the area of banking law alone.
Due to the size of the team, we are able to manage, structure and quickly handle matters involving a large number of stakeholders, in particular in the area of mass litigation, even on short notice.
For a number of financial service providers, we also act under consultancy agreements as an outsourced legal department.
We draft and negotiate contracts and financial products in all areas of banking and capital markets law, inter alia, syndicated loan agreements, pool agreements, DIP loans and bonded loans.
Our high level of specialization and the large number of clients enables targeted, comprehensive knowledge management.
We have strong networks, inter alia, through advisory roles with credit industry associations and educational institutions for the legal profession as well as through teaching assignments at the universities in Münster and Bielefeld.
Quite a few of our team have also trained as bankers or have worked at a bank or savings bank association, in some cases for many years. We also publish regularly.
