Louis Sprengkamp

Louis Sprengkamp advises and represents credit institutions in particular on all aspects of banking and capital markets law, as well as in related areas of law. A focus of his practice lies in advising at the interface between banking law and corporate law, particularly in the areas of management board law, director and officer liability (including recourse assessment), and the procedural defence against actions challenging the validity of shareholder resolutions.
A further focus of his work is advising credit institutions on all questions of cooperative law, including the preparation and conduct of general meetings and meetings of delegates, the appointment and removal of members of governing bodies, and matters relating to articles of association.
