Antitrust and merger control law is becoming increasingly important in all areas of national and international business activities. Especially with corporate transactions, the corresponding antitrust law aspects are taken into account in the legal framework. We review corporate mergers with a view to their compulsory registration and the option of antitrust approval. Within the framework of merger control procedures, we work in close cooperation with our M&A law team to represent our clients’ interests to the German and European antitrust authorities.

Another of our specialties is distribution antitrust law in the so-called vertical relationship between suppliers and customers/distributors and defending our clients in anti-trust administrative proceedings to the Federal Antitrust Office and the competent senates of higher regional courts.
