You will be involved with clients from day one. You will not be sitting in the backoffice. We value the fact that we have harmonized teams across all fields of law working at our office. We support and promote our employees building their own clientele.
We employ a multilevel career model: Associate, Partner and Counsel:
For the first few years, you will be assigned to a dedicated mentor as an Associate and will be encouragingly guided towards your next challenging career step.
This will open up various career models: the path to becoming a counsel or a partner. After completing your time as an Associate you will undergo several years of preparation, among other things by you assuming responsibility for counseling clients as part of your continuing education. Furthermore, you will already be integrated into further decision-making processes.
You will then be appointed as counsel or become a partner. Although there are no differences with respect to requirements regarding professional excellence, both positions have different emphases when it comes to the setting of acquisition-related and entrepreneurial objectives and responsibility. The joint decision for either career path is not a given; changes in personal circumstances and in life may later lead to a change within those career paths.
