Where a dispute cannot be resolved out of court, we fight for our clients&#8217; rights and interests before the state courts in Germany or before arbitral tribunals in accordance with the rules of procedure of, for example, the International Chamber of Commerce in Paris (ICC), UNCITRAL or the German Institution of Arbitration (DIS) in Bonn. The members of our conflict resolution team are also frequently involved in arbitration activities.
