We perform a real estate due diligence and counsel and negotiate contract drafting for buyers and sellers. We use our experience in banking law to assist with the financing of real estate transactions.<\/span><span lang=\"EN-US\"><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span lang=\"EN-US\">We draft purchase agreements in asset deals and ensure their secure and swift implementation as well as balanced liability provisions.
