Theresa Himmelseher LL.M.
Theresa Himmelseher advises national and international companies on all aspects of individual and collective employment law, as well as in the area of general civil law. Her main areas of practice include advising on strategic matters, representing companies before the labour courts and the ordinary courts, and conducting out-of-court negotiations.

Vita
Theresa Himmelseher studied law at the University of Münster, specialising in "Legal Structuring and Dispute Resolution". She also completed the specialised foreign-language training in legal English. Following her First State Examination, she pursued an LL.M. in "International Trade and Economic Law" at the University of the West of England in Bristol.
During her legal traineeship in the district of the Düsseldorf Higher Regional Court, Theresa Himmelseher completed placements including at the German Consulate General in Shanghai and at two international large law firms. Following her admission to the bar in October 2021, she practised for over four years as a lawyer in the litigation department of the law firm Freshfields.
